Dr. Tyrese Cruise, MBA, Esq

    

Attorney Tyrese "Ty" Cruise is the Managing Attorney and owner of Cruise Law Group. Tyrese is barred in Florida, the District of Colombia, the Federal U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Federal U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Tyese is also authoirzed to represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Courts) including the Board of Immigration Appeals. 


Tyrese has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom, a Juris Doctorate Law Degree (JD) from Barry University School of Law, and a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University in Boston MA.


While in law school, Tyrese served as a Senator, Speaker of the Senate, Dean's Writing Fellow, Dean's Study Fellow, Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, Law Review Associate Editor, President of the ACLU Student Chapter, Vice President of the Block-Chain Club, and President of the Student Bar Association (SBA).


Like many of his Clients, Tyrese is an immigrant and first-generation naturalized U.S. Citizen. Having navigated the arduos process of navigating the U.S. Immigration System, Tyrese is able to value and appreciate the importance of every case and is committed to dedicating sufficient time and resources to sufficiently prepare each Client's case to give them the best chance of a poistive outcome.
